My name is Mohamed Jamaal, and this year I’m taking on the Zurich to Como (Z2C) charity ride with Challenges 4 Humanity in support of One Nation. We’ll be cycling through Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Austria and Italy, tackling some serious climbs, breath-taking scenery… and probably a few conversations with my legs about why they ever agreed to this in the first place!

For me, this ride is about more than just miles on the bike. It’s about using our health, time, and energy to benefit others. Our bodies are a trust from Allah, and looking after them while helping those in need is a blessing — even if it means convincing myself that uphill cycling is “good for the soul”.

I’m proud to be supporting One Nation’s 100% donation policy, meaning every penny you give goes directly to those who need it most — locally and across the globe.
