My name is Mustafa, and although I’ve been active in the fitness scene for years, this will only be my second time jumping on a road bike and cycling across Europe. Last year I took on the challenge of riding from Lyon to Milan — and this year, I’m stepping things up once again.

I’ll be cycling from Zurich to Lake Como, riding through four countries — Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Austria and Italy — across tough, mountainous routes that will truly test my endurance. This will be one of the most physically and mentally demanding challenges I’ve ever attempted. I’m honored to once again be joining Challenges 4 Humanity in support of One Nation’s incredible humanitarian efforts, helping vulnerable people who are suffering across the world.
