My name is Rashadul Islam, and although I’ve spent most of my life running, this year I’m stepping out of my comfort zone and taking on my first-ever cycling challenge with Challenges 4 Humanity (C4H). I’ll be riding from Zurich to Como, tackling four countries — Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Austria and Italy — over tough, mountainous routes.

I’ve always loved pushing my limits through running, and now I’m excited to do the same on a bike — all for a great cause.
