The 3 of us have joined the Challenges 4 Humanity family so that together with your love and support, we can make a difference. Our Gaza Appeal is with One Nation, a registered UK Charity who have been working in Gaza for over a decade.  One Nation have their own teams on the ground who have been providing humanitarian aid daily within Gaza, risking their lives to ensure aid is provided to those that are so desperately in need.  They operate on a 100% Donation Policy, so every penny donated will reach those in need.

My name is Noumaan, and I am part of the Runners of the Deen Running Group. I’m excited to join Challenges 4 Humanity in supporting One Nation’s incredible humanitarian efforts for Gaza.

Running is my passion, and I’ve achieved numerous milestones, including completing 100 park runs, several half marathons, and 2 marathons. I’ve also taken on cycling challenges and a mini triathlon, but nothing compares to the challenge of the Ultra Trail Snowdonia that I’ve signed up for.

The Ultra Trail Snowdonia is a 25k course with over 1300 meters of elevation, making it my first mountain race.

This will be a tough challenge, requiring months of preparation and training. I’m committed to both physically and mentally preparing myself for this unique event.

Together with my brother Husbaan, I will be doing the TCS London Marathon this year.  This will be a tough challenge, requiring months of training.  It will be my first marathon

Salmaan

My name is Husbaan, and I am the one on the right in the group photo.  I am also part of the Runners of the Deen.  Also excited and honoured to join the Challenges 4 Humanity family in support of One Nation’s incredible humanitarian efforts for Gaza.

I absolutely love running.  I attend Park Runs regularly and I am proud to have been able to complete numerous 5k & 10k runs as well as completing a marathon.  I’m also a cyclist, having previously completed a charity coast to coast ride.  Through running and cycling I have made an amazing group of people

Together with my brother Salmaan, I will be also doing this year’s TCS London Marathon.  With your love and support, I am determined to complete this.
