Alhumdulillah I will be taking part in my first charity ride from Lyon to Milan – a challenging journey through Europe’s breathtaking scenery.

Staying active and healthy is encouraged by our Deen. We must fulfil the rights of our body and stay fit so that we can remain more active in the worship of Allah.

I joined ‘Challenges 4 Humanity’ (C4H) with the intention to combine staying active with making a real difference in the lives of others.

We are fundraising in partnership with One Nation, who I have travelled with personally delivering aid and self-sustaining projects. They work in over 40 countries and operate on a 100% Donation Policy – so every penny you donate reaches those in need.
