My name is Mustafa, and although I’ve been active in the fitness scene for years, this will be the first time that I will be jumping on a road bike and cycling across Europe. Last year I did a fasted cycling challenge, where I completed 500km of indoor cycling in Ramadhan. This year I am looking to take on the challenge outdoors and this will be one of the toughest challenges I will be facing, cycling form Lyon to Milan
