My name is Umar, and I am extremely honoured to be taking part in the 2025 Lyon to Milan ride with Challenges 4 Humanity. I have done several charity cycling rides before, both in the UK and across Europe but the Lyon to Milan ride will be my toughest one ever and I am up for the challenge with your love and support.

I have previously travelled out to Africa to do Humanitarian Aid Work. I witnessed povery first hand and it humbled me as an individual, and inspired me to do even more for those in need.
